Our Practice
Dawn Dunbar knew immediately that she wanted to practice law in a courtroom, not behind a computer screen. Because of this love for the courtroom, Dawn only practices law in 2 areas that focus on court: Restraining Orders and Criminal Defense. Dawn Dunbar moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Law School in 1997, and never left. She has been engaged in the practice of law in Los Angeles since 2000. Her office is located across the street from the Van Nuys Branch courthouses. Dawn's philosophy is that she would be rather be over prepared than caught off guard during a hearing. This requires a commitment from her clients to be honest and diligent in their own case and help her to mount the best defense on their behalf. Because we usually do not have the luxury of time in Restraining Order matters, clients must act fast and be available immediately.
